Sn00zly LLC (operating as Sn00zly™, “Sn00zly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this store and website (sn00zly.com). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit or make a purchase from our site.

Store and payments
- Shopify — powers our online store, hosting, and order management
- Shopify Payments — processes card payments (Shopify Payments is
provided through Shopify's partnership with Stripe Payments Company)
- Shop Pay — an accelerated checkout offered by Shopify. If you choose
Shop Pay, Shopify stores your payment card, email address, and phone
number so you can check out faster here and at other Shopify stores.
Use of Shop Pay is optional and governed by Shopify's own privacy terms.
Email and customer communication
- Klaviyo — sends our emails and stores your email address, the baby
age range you select, and engagement data such as whether an email
was opened or a link clicked
Quiz and reviews
- RevenueHunt — powers our sleep assessment and collects your quiz
responses and email address to deliver your matched guide
- Judge.me — collects and publicly displays product reviews. If you
submit a review, the name you provide is published alongside it.
Other services
- ReConvert — presents relevant product offers after checkout
- Pandectes — records your cookie consent choices
- Microsoft Clarity — helps us understand how visitors use our site
-Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising and analytics. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This may include sharing a hashed version of your email address, along with information about pages you view and actions you take on our site. Meta may act as an independent controller for some of this data. deletion. Quiz responses are retained for up to 24 months. Analytics
data is retained according to each provider's default retention period.

We do collect the age range of your baby, provided by you as the
parent or caregiver, solely to match you to the appropriate guide.
