Sn00zly started with a frustrating observation: the parents who need sleep guidance most are the ones with the least capacity to go looking for it.
At 2 a.m., holding a baby who won't settle, nobody has the energy to reconcile contradictory blog posts, expensive consultations, and another app subscription.
So we make one thing, and we try to make it properly — clear, age-specific sleep guides you read once and actually use. No philosophy to convert to. No subscription. No hoops to jump through before you get the information you came for.
What we believe
Age changes everything. A five-week-old and a nine-month-old can have dramatically different sleep needs. Their wake windows, nap counts, night feeds and the reasons they wake up are all different. A single "baby sleep" book has to hedge across two years of development. Each of our guides covers one stage, so it can be specific.
Ranges, not rules. No baby follows a table to the minute, and a schedule that treats a 15-minute overshoot as failure will make you feel like you're failing several times a day. Our schedules are written as windows, with what to do when your baby lands outside them — because most babies do, most days.
Reviewed by someone who isn't us. All ten Sn00zly guides and toolkits were independently reviewed for factual and safety accuracy against current AAP safe sleep guidance by a board-certified pediatrician. The signed letters are public, and the review page states exactly what the review covered — and what it didn't. → What the clinical review covered
We don't sell a method. There is no single correct way to help a baby sleep, and the loudest voices in this category tend to be the ones selling one. We explain what's happening developmentally, lay out the approaches with their honest trade-offs, and leave the choice where it belongs — with you.
You buy it once. One-time price, yours to keep, downloadable and readable offline at 3 a.m. when the wifi is the least of your problems. If it isn't useful, there's a 30-day guarantee and you don't have to explain yourself.
How the guides are made
- Written stage by stage. Each guide is built around one age range rather than adapted from a general one, so the schedules, the troubleshooting and the examples all belong to the stage you're actually in.
- One source of truth for the numbers. Every wake window, nap count and total-sleep range is maintained from the same internal reference. It's an unglamorous piece of housekeeping, and it's the reason the cheat sheet can't quietly contradict the guide it came from.
- Independent clinical review. Before publication, the guides were reviewed for factual and safety accuracy by a board-certified pediatrician against current AAP safe sleep guidance — a real review with real corrections, not a badge.
- Corrections go into the guides, not the marketing. When something is found to be wrong or unclear, we fix the file and reissue it to everyone who bought it. Anyone can add a trust badge. Reissuing a corrected file to past customers is the part that costs something.
What we don't do
We're not doctors, and these guides are not medical advice. We don't diagnose anything, we don't replace your pediatrician, and we can't promise you a baby who sleeps through the night — nobody honest can.
If something about your baby's sleep, breathing, feeding or development worries you, that's a call to make today, not a guide to read.
