30-Day Refund Guarantee

If a guide isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase
and we'll refund you in full. No explanation required.

We'd like to know what didn't work so we can improve, but telling us
is optional and never a condition of your refund.

How to request a refund

Email hello@sn00zly.com with your order number. We respond within
2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Access after a refund

Because our guides are delivered as files you download and keep, a
refund does not remove files already downloaded. We ask that you
delete refunded guides and stop using them.

Bundles and collections

Bundles are refunded as a whole within the same 30-day window. We
do not refund individual guides from within a bundle.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you were charged more than once for the same product, contact us
and we'll refund the duplicate charge in full, outside the 30-day
window.

Your right to cancel (EU, UK, and other applicable regions)

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a
purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends
once delivery begins, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate
delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.

By completing checkout you request immediate delivery of your guide
and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once the
download is available.

Our 30-day refund guarantee above is offered voluntarily and is more
generous than this statutory right.
